Donna Bletzinger is the founder and CEO of Dyer Stephenson.
She is a respected advisor and coach experienced in leading diverse project teams in tech firms, nonprofits and startups. Her career spans cross-departmental posts in Human Resources, Field Operations, Sales and Marketing, Labor Relations and Business Development. Over the years, she has designed go-to-market implementations for numerous clients and conducted team seminars on the importance of understanding cultural differences when entering new markets.
Donna has extensive Silicon Valley experience and personal knowledge of startup culture. She is a connector who takes pleasure in helping aspiring entrepreneurs. Today she coaches startups as well as individuals who are in career transition, inspiring them to reach their full potential.
She is an inspiring speaker and skilled university lecturer. She delivered graduate seminars in marketing at Golden Gate University, facilitated workshops for international business school students (including ESAM, HEC, ESCEN, and INSEEC) and provided insight at global conferences on the importance of understanding cultural differences when targeting international markets.
Donna graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in French and History. She spent a year at the Universite d’Aix Marseille, Aix-en Provence, France on the University’s Study Abroad Program. She earned an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California and is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson School Executive Marketing Management Program.
